Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking when it leaves our warehouse.

Delivery areas
- Nationwide delivery across Bangladesh
- Dhaka metro: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- Outside Dhaka: 3–7 business days after dispatch
- Remote areas may require an additional 1–2 days

Shipping rates
- Dhaka metro: ৳60 flat rate
- Outside Dhaka: ৳120 flat rate
- Free shipping on orders over ৳2,500 (automatically applied at checkout)

Track your package anytime using the link in your shipping email or visit our Track Order page with your order number and email.

Delivery attempts
Our courier partners typically make up to two delivery attempts. If delivery fails, the package may be returned to us. Contact our support team within 48 hours to arrange re-delivery.
